When I find a property what are some questions that I have to either ask the realtor or owner about the property.( like how would I know if the light or water bill are coming out of my pocket or the tenant's and maybe any other expenses I should know about, so I could get a good estimate on the cash flow) 3.

Owner has already bought cabinets, shower, toilet, sinks, vanity faucets, light fixtures etc all brand new in boxes just waiting to be installed.

Call electrician out get 3 bids they would need to pull permits.. in the long run could be worth it.. you'd get 4 meters one for each apt and extra one for "house" meter,, which is exterior lights, hall lights, and basement.. you won't regret it..
