I am new to wholesaling and trying to get my first deal I have a couple of leads I just need to get an assignable contract , who can I contact or where can I obtain a assignable contract.

Additionally, I assume you are familiar with the Massachusetts lead laws.

I even already have a lead and potentially a second, but am thinking it through if this is the route I want to take.

The skinnier stuff also responded to multi-angled hits from the corners of a sidewalk scraper.If doing all over again, I'd go just with blunt force trauma with the tile and sidewalk scrapers, but heat did get me through the layer of concrete-like impermeable superhuman lead or whatever it was ;)  Wear your ventilator of course!

I have a few leads on property and sellers.

The best way you could benefit them would be referring your leads that don't go the wholesale route to them, but to make this effective you may want to partner with a newer agent.
