In reviewing it I found there were also 3 judgements against the owners that I didn't find.

@Neil Sinha Properties that have decent judgement amounts (remaining principal, interest, fees etc. owed to the lender) below the FMV will get bidden on pretty heavily from what I have experienced here in FL.
