In Ohio when you go to forclosure the property is auctioned off to satisfy the judgement "on the courthouse steps" by the sheriff.

Hi,  BP World I have seller with a credit card lien against her property and she nor does the closing attorney knows where to send the proceeds to clear the lien. Seller has filed bankruptcy and the collection company...

If they require you to pay them, then they give you their judgement, you might as well get this step out of the way now.

In reviewing it I found there were also 3 judgements against the owners that I didn't find. 

@Neil Sinha Properties that have decent judgement amounts (remaining principal, interest, fees etc. owed to the lender) below the FMV will get bidden on pretty heavily from what I have experienced here in FL.

FIFA liens are judgements that have attached to the property due to non-payment.  

Too young to be making the kinds of statements about how successful you are and passing judgement on people like me.  

Can the bank get a judgement which would require the bank accounts be emptied to pay the debt before the heirs can inherit?

Even though I may be too soon to make a complete accurate judgement on if it is worth it, thus far I am convinced I will continue.
