I'm mailing a hand written letter to a individual inquiring about a property.

I sent a PM inquiring and we started things off.

It's not a solution at all.I inquired with the city about getting a permit for a small gravel driveway (parking pad really) in the front yard, but the city insists that I install a concrete sidewalk on the city's property alongside the street. 

I identify myself, then state that I'm interested in their home and am calling to inquire if they are considering the sale of their property. 

There is nothing wrong with inquiring about pricing and trying to negotiate.  

At first it may seem overwhelming but you'll quickly develop a routine to handle inquires, refunds, schedules, etc...If you start your own website and marketing campaign (highly recommended), the process becomes much more time consuming.

People inquire and then forget about the property.
