The Austin housing market is one of the hottest in the country, and according to a report from online real estate brokerage Redfin, homes are selling for the highest premium out of 47 metro areas it analyzed in the past month.According to the report, homes are selling for 7% over asking price.

Once 2020 is filed then the lender requirement of showing 2 previous years of tax returns which would then also include the decrease in income for 2020 (downward trend) then many buyers will be unable to buy due to lack of financing approval.

It goes up and it goes down in general trends (for the most part) but since it is so tied to the global economy as a whole, there is no way to predict what your rate will be.

The Ortega highway connects Lake Elsinore and OC, so there was a trend of people moving out because you could get a much bigger house.

around 20-30%...thats the trend usually seen in Nevada giga factory...factory hosts mostly blue collar jobs. white collar guys rarely visit those factories except when needed
