Is this a scam?

I've been scouring the internet looking for Mentors in Columbia, Lexington area of South Carolina it seems almost impossible to find mentors that aren't scams or have super high 20k deposit for mentoring.

could also be a scam. most typical - I will rent your house, but I am out of area right now, I will send you a MO for way more than you need, could you please send the difference to my interior designer (via Western Union) who will then decorate the place per my taste.watch out for the scammers

Your PM sounds like a scam for them to make money with no real incentive to find good people.    

There’s a huge difference between a VACATION rental and a dude that can’t afford a hotel looking for a cheap bed while trying to score a chick at the local bar and bringing her back to the room in the house while telling her it’s his house and making a ton of noises while the people living next door are trying to sleep and they don’t get to leave town the next day to their next scam.

anyone that does these guru programs and coaching programs are scamming people.

A new hire didn't realize this and I almost lost a favored vendor because of this.On the other hand, they don't realize that I've been scammed a lot.  

That's why there's so many people get away with scams, and Ponzi schemes.
