Hi, All-I have been a traditional Landlord managing my own property but now moving to be a Wholesaler and then eventually move to rehab/flip and reach my ultimate goal to get into having Assisted Living Facility

The two had been doing fairly well for several years but took a direct hit when it lost two manufacturing facilities a few years back.  

Bought a self storage facility before moving here.

Portland has a limited amount of zoning suitable for grow spaces and building a grow facility is very low cost.

There needs to be some background so the context can be understood.In 1990 my husband and I bought my 'dream' property...an equestrian facility near an affluent town.

I spent about 3 years as an analyst in Walgreens facilities division and worked closely with the real estate team during that time.  

The cuts will be toward expendable admin (talk about useless) and gaudy facilities (refer to first parentheses).

The best way we have found to verify that they have outstayed their welcome is if the additional names are in the mailbox for use by the mailman.We have really high water sewer garbage bills that don't have a lot of correlation to occupants or laundry facilities or anything, it is a real head scratcher. 

I recently came upon an opportunity to invest in a mixed Room hotel facility in the DC downtown/Georgetown area.

Some of my military friends are actually coming out of pocket for gym memberships despite having facilities we can use for free with top-notch equipment.
