I let my suppliers deliver their stuff, my time is much more valuable than free delivery. if they don't know that you could strong arm suppliers for a free delivery, maybe they're not as good as they say they are.

You should be good, with a RM the lender must sell for at least 95% of an FHA appraisal, and paying normal closing costs.

And the tenants should call the Division of Real Estate, or an attorney, if they think the landlord is strong-arming them.Jeff
