Left 19 years ago from the Central Valley to Vegas for more business opportunities, entertainment and dining choices, less traffic, cheaper gas, no income tax, cheaper flights, bigger newer houses, lower utilities, gambling, lower property taxes, lower sales tax, cheaper insurance, real estate investing for all those reasons plus MUCH more favorable to landlords. 

I find the podcast entertaining and I feel like I learn a little bit from each one and a ton from some but to each their own. 

Purely entertainment for me.

My mom is constantly entertaining people.

I’ve found a couple properties where if you just call the for rent number and ask if they want to sell generally they will entertain a decent offer.

Now don't get me wrong when I am on the road its top end steak houses and 500.00 dinners are the rule.. but that's marketing and entertainment.

Looking forward to how this unfolds, if for no other reason than the entertainment value.

They usually sell loans and they wouldn't be able to sell yours so a credit union or local bank may entertain a refinance but do your research.
