I disagree with the broad generalizations, like "condos are the first hit by a market downturn...and the last to recover".

I would disagree with the statement that syndications are a narrow class of assets - I won't list them all, but it goes well beyond multifamily and self storage opportunities. 

There is no serious tourism and the economics and politics of the country aren't favorable.I totally disagree with your generalization to other countries Latin American countries though; it depends which ones you're talking about.

So I completely disagree that the market is a bad investment - it's a fantastic one and I know firsthand now since I've signed over 50 STR properties for Vacasa this year. 

Many disagree, but I would only recommend looking up to 30 minutes drive from where you live to find a "farm area".
