What someone can tolerate who has a job that has 6 figure income but not spare time won't be the same as a Starbuck barista working part time. 2) Unless the property is in a prime area and in very nice condition $1,200 for a one bed is stretching it quite a bit IMO.

I'm really afraid that the 500k on fire insurance will get exhausted if there was a really bad event like death and a big lawsuit.The liability would in general protect me in that sense?
