I’m moving to Kennewick later this year and want to connect with local investors and discuss strategies that are best suited for the area.

A month ago I closed on my first rental property and I am already feeling the pains of working with a lackluster Property Management company.I purchased a new construction SFH in Northern Dallas through a turnkey company.

You can place the home into an LLC that is controlled by both of you after closing for most lenders and come up with terms and an operating agreement post closing.

I would close the line ideally within the 10yr draw period before the repayment period when it becomes an amortized loan.

My main goal is cash flow right now since I have recently retired and the money coming in each month is important to me.I would love to connect with other investors in the area and get some advice from people who have had success in Charleston. 

Even after I start flying again I will have plenty of time to persue (and close) real estate deals. .
