Remember to look at other factors in the application such as the screening process. 

I had an idea once for one that looked like it as splattered with blood and a knife would be sort of cutting this 3 dimensional paper on the postcard.

I thought I had it set up correctly in porter but my cleaners said the way they receive it is too confusing so we went back to screen shots.

If you keep the number of guests to a minimum and try to screen against potential party planners, you have a better shot at not getting caught.

@Sami Gren - I have no minimum credit score requirement in my tenant screening process, because if you really look into how credit scoring works - its a largely bogus determination of tenant worthiness.
