The high prices coupled with the saturation of the market (high supply = competitive/low ADRs) and Disneyworld still lagging its pre-pandemic levels means you'll be hard-pressed to find a good deal.

But certainly they are a reducer when it comes to housing supply.

There are a lot of regulations that go into this and can create a lot of legal issues if you step outside of the rules/regulations. 

@Matt Eperesi Yes Matt, you're right prices of houses have increased due to supply and demand.

While I’m sure there are different costs and regulations, the company I used was 2 hours away and I had to pay for 3 trucks worth of equipment and 7 employees for the whole day to complete the project.

Currently a good majority of markets have high demand and low supply so you may see things like bidding wars.

States and municipalities also heavily regulate billboards.

Remember that there are some significant supply chain shortages in effect right now so depending on your exit strategy, it may lengthen your timeline if having to wait on certain materials, ie: higher end appliances/doors, etc.
