Is there a ‘secret’ fight club style REIA I haven’t heard about?

You start small, grow slowly, and become wealthy over time when you find the secrets and implement your strategy consistantly over time.Not sure where you are or if your location has liens or deeds...but let's say your location sells deeds and with competition bidding you win some with 1% rate of return. 

I live in IL and it's no secret my home state has some issues, along with one of the highest property tax rates in the country. 

What's the secret here?

When I hear "secret way to make money" that means run because it is not making money for you but the secret is how much you might pay them and that others have already paid.There is a lot of great information that can be found here.

If you are serious go buy Roger Dawson's audiobook the secrets of power negotiating and listen to it often.

[But there are of course gurus who want to share their "secrets" for an ever-increasing price, saying you can].Here on BP, it IS mainly Real Estate that's seen as a better answer.
