Then you need to deal with storing some furniture somewhere.I wouldn't worry about liability.  

I will leave plungers and furniture floor protectors, picture hangers on move in but on an ongoing basis it is mostly extra attention and is there anything i can do for you type of things. 

Where I live now, the maintenance guy wants to comment on my furniture, the paintings, what am I making on the table (crafts), asks about my life, on and on.  

I would also include something about the exterior- we have local ordinances about porch/yard furniture having to be outdoor furniture (to keep people from the classic couch on the porch), when and where to place garbage bins and recycling, and keeping the yard cleaned up (no garden or solo cups and beer bottles etc).  

Alternatively you could put a few pieces of furniture in the home.  

I also have furniture that doubles as storage in here, and I have a narrow bistro table that doubles as a kitchen island and room separator.  

He gets $5,000 a month for a 2 bedroom condo which includes all utilities, all furniture and maid service. 

The dumpster will be here today for the furniture and a garage full of car parts.

Just hang huge artwork, put down a carpet, bright curtains, bright furniture & pillows, etc.  

Also bring tools to take apart large furniture, table legs, beds, etc.
