2" PVC pipe drains from the kitchen sinks especially if it has the dreaded sinkerator.I spent 2 days unclogging a 1.5" pipe full of grease & nothing worth while would fit down 1.5" piping to mechanically remove it.

Does the layout allow the new bath to be situated above or adjacent to the existing bath or kitchen?

(in the kitchen, there is actually no flooring, missing ceiling drywall, and no countertops) So current value is around $250k to $270k.
