Get involved and reach out to people and ask to buy them coffee.

It's located pretty close to a shopping mall, shopping center, and a school.

These are single family homes inside the loop and all have around 70-75 LTVCurrently paying 5-5.3% and hoping to shop around and see if I can slash this.Let me know if anyone has any suggestions.Thanks!

A small shop that only has a few guys and is busy may give a large quote on a job that they dont want.

My cabins do have names and it’s fun to name them and go to the shop and get your sign.... but it certainly doesn’t effect income. 

Then take your break on the private patio with a cup of coffee and some smooth jazz.
