(total approx 200k)We cannot find anyone to loan us money (ok we tried like 2 places)---I just never thought this would be so difficult because we own a house outright & we are still getting turned down because of 2 late mortgage payments when my husband was injured & out of work for 5 months last year.We both work and made enough money on our first flip to buy the 350k house outright.I am a real estate agent & our area is very rural. 

Looking for feedback on great areas to flip in Tampa/ St Petes and surrounding.If you are a realtor, weigh in, we are not represented there as of yet.4 bed 2 bath or the possibility of that1750+ sqft$500,000.00 or less.

It could also be that the cashflow is fiction and the locals know that a property in that area will not deliver. 

It has a safari/zoo theme and no other Airbnb in the area really has this.

Gave a higher LTV because we could cross collateralize against other propertiesEach deal is looked at differently when you are a smaller company and can work with a borrower as long as it works for both sides.
