Are you good at interacting with people?

Similar to what you are doing, I am focused on creating more of a repeatable, deliberate process to my rentals; same application, same e-mails, same steps in the process for every single applicant, including tenant screening criteria, reasonable accommodation policy, and I include a "cover sheet" in my e-mails and in-person interactions that provides an overview to any applicants what our rental process looks like. 

I am excited to begin interacting with those who are much smarter than I am.

Set up a keyword alert for your area and interact with the other people in your area as much as possible.

Their is a lot of interaction needed with PM to make sure your out of area cash flow cows work.its those that think they can just buy them and forget them that usually have some issues.

Or at least get info to set up an account:https://www.chase.com/international-banking/contac...I don't think you're going to be able to remotely open an account with no interaction with a human. 

Like Rick said the estate needs to give you a power of autorney re this property so you can interact with the bank.

This management company would be the entity that interacts with the public, maintains the property, negotiates contracts, advertising, marketing, etc.
