@Jason Alexander, I have a DJI Mavic Air (first gen) that I play around with.  

As part of his process he took air samples from the interior and exterior of the house.

Yet, I would say the Air Force base north of town has the largest financial impact.

Check with the first agent to see if the Air BnB is just not covered or if it would void the policy. 

We have it listed as sleeping 6, but I'm sure an air mattress for an extra 1-2 people would not be a big deal. 

I dont want to buy a unit because you are not buying property or land, its just 'air rights'... essentially a relatively small apartment that is controlled by other people.Any what thats what I have seen

I'll also need a plumber and a carpenter for some more skilled work.I'm going to likely stay in the units or an air bnb as I do the remodel, but once it's all settled I'll be back in the Hudson valley/NYC.
