And will they still give me the wide range of functions that something like Quicken PM would give?

I obviously couldn't do appraisals on my own purchases, but I though it would be a productive way to get another angle on the market.

I've measured this from every angle i can think of, but i'm still nervous about overlooking something.

They basically do all the work for you and price their units to sell and offer financing - country wide. 

You also have a wide array of options for your unit (floor, orientation or views) also the advantage of buying a pre selling is the capital growth, real estate value appreciates over time especially in prime location.

Repeat for nearby streets until you get an idea of the big players, and then just search on those specific names to see how wide an area they are buying in.

I guess you could say I come in the back door with the door wide open and they don't even know they are being SOLD!
