Solar loans are 30-50k and I believe that amount of money can be used to upgrade the homes bathrooms, kitchen or square footage instead of saving a few hundred dollars on power bill. 

Or will you complain to the dealer that the car is broken..i.e.

Refinished bathroom, refinished basement, turned garage into bonus room/ mother-in-law suite, upgrades backyard with fireplace and pool.

A toilet would probably cost more to replace, or a broken window seal. 

I upgraded to a Pro membership a few years ago solely for the unlimited use of the calculators becuase I think they are very user friendly and can produce a professional looking report.

We are going to do some upgrades in a property that will be vacant as of Dec 1, 2022. 

Makes total sense... however: That's a difference of starting with $15-20k a unit in plumbing, to a factor of 60k for all three and probably upgrading the service because you've got inspectors looking for a job properly done.

Its running all the duct, finishing around the duct, possibly upgrading the electric service, running individual electric to each condenser, possibly upgrading each units breaker, and running flex line from the gas connection in each apartment to where the furnace is assuming you can tie in off the stove. 

Associate a fee to it if the rule is broken.
