In the city, well that's a different conversation and skill set that an out of state investor would have a hard time understanding.

My skill set is valuable in assisting investors who may not know the market well, live out of state, don't have time or knowledge to execute the complete due diligence process on an upcoming auction property, proxy bidding and deal analysis.
