@James Scott like was mentioned, you don’t have to have an LLC but if you still need a lawyer, I have used a couple in GR and have finally found one who was reliable and pretty well priced.

Can anyone recommend a service to appeal the assessment in order to pay lower property taxes in Miami-Dade County on properties held in an LLC?

I do invest in US, I have 2 investment properties, cash deals in an LLC.

In the situation where the parents are exchanging into a TIC in the replacement property, this seems to be a different situation since it's actually the parents LLC which is taking title to real property via the TIC, so if an heir was to invest in the property as an LP I feel the IRS may view this differently but am not sure.

I have my LLC for flipping homes but I’m going to start trading stocks… Should I keep that in my personal name or should I have a LLC for that and then create a holding company that holds my real estate LLC and trading LLC and pay myself from the holding company?

I am Co-owner of All in Homes, LLC based out of Charlotte, NC.  

The company is called JNB Finance LLC.

He said I would be on the deed with his company ( I have an LLC created already) Wanted to know if anyone has heard of this company in Charlotte, and could offer feedback IE paperwork I should look for any red flags to beware of.  

A little background on the situation is that 14 months ago I purchased a rental property with my father. 6 months ago I purchased another property with my father, brother In-law and I under and LLC.
