Ideally, i would want a working relationship that lasted throughout the year (not just during tax season).

There’s a crowd of folks (dolts) who would buy this as is and fill it with mad dogs and storage for their cash. 

Trying to find more information regarding property management company vs working directly with cleaners, landscapers, etc and any other local nuances to be aware of from seasoned investors. 

Another option is teaming up with a more seasoned investor and gain experience to build your resume + nest egg.

Some markets have longer seasons then others. 

A friend lived in a very nice Dodge Grand Caravan, a small storage rental, and a planet fitness membership for a couple of years while saving up/payiing off. 

When you do the cash out refinance look to take out a LOC until you have 6 months title seasoning. 

Personally I’d find a more seasoned loan office that works for you and doesn’t put the fear of god into you every time you visit them.
