I highly recommend pursuing larger deals with experienced partners to "get your feet wet."

Wondering if anybody had any advice on best type of investing for a newbie to get his feet wet?

It’s a good way to get your feet wet in the auction process.

I’m in their shoes just trying to get my feet wet.

I've been at numerous courthouse steps auctions where the auctions starts low and the hedge fund / VC companies immediately bid 95% of market value.

Basically anything that needs my or someone else's signature. 95% of the time the other party accepts it without wanting a "wet" signature.

Why not quietly read about numerous investors who wholesaled for a while to build up a stake and then jumped into the fix and flipping or BRRRR game?

There are numerous dark protrusions coming out of the brick exterior.

As a construction inclined guy myself, I’d say keep them away from harmful dusts, or poorly ventilated areas with wet paint and find them things they can clean or trash they can clean up etc.
