Now i know what i need to do so ims start working on it but this actual make me not want to go to college b/c i aquire more debt so im trying figure out wether or not if college might benefit me making more money to put toward real estate n fixing my credit currently i have $3,000 in debt if I got to college at WGU I could finish college in a year with a bachelor and only owe $14,000 pay that off in 2 year even with minimal wage $15 an hour what do ya think

There are some Non-Qm loans that are as little as 20% down and you can also get 10-15% down on a hard money / Private Money / Fix n Flip money, and it will also cover the rehab that will be needed.
