There's a [ ] check box on the Comm Agreement; property is [ ] is not a condo and is [ ] is not subject to an HOA.We use the Comm Agreement whenever we intend to RENT it and not intend to be Owner Occupied.  

Pretty easy to get in that box with me; pay the rent on time and leave the the heck alone.

If you don't know what is in the box, you sure can't think outside of it!

That's 64 more square feet of framing, insulation, drywall, siding, paint, etc.Also, dimensional lumber is produced in two-foot lengths and panel goods are four-foot wide... most efficient use of materials will use wall and floor dimensions that are equally divisible in these increments.The boxes ain't always pretty, but they are more cost effective!

Thinking outside the box, maybe there are ways to grow the town, maybe the restaurant has items that are unique that could be marketed outside the town.  

Most big box stores would carry such a roofer product,,,as well as most all lumber yards of traditional flavor.My concern would be,,,can you walk on that without dimpling? 

What I like most is the exposure to new ideas to help get you thinking outside of the box.
