@Bjorn Ahlblad I’m starting to agree that I was misrepresented by my agent who was representing us both, but also trying hard to get me to back out if he deal over the weekend so the seller could take another offer before using the earnest money timing excuse (previously saying no rush and that it won’t even be cashed until close to closing anyway) to take advantage and terminate.

This protection does not apply to student loan debt and a few other types of debt.Well if it did, and individuals COULD file for bankruptcy on student loans, then creditors would no longer support education which was unlikely to result in the student speedily repaying the debt.I'm not excusing people for making decisions to take on too much student loan debt, and I'm not suggesting that we forgive all student loan debt, or let those who signed up for it already file for bankruptcy to get out of their obligations.

I won't say here how I found out if the properties were vacant, as Dunlap might use the information to spin an excuse as to why his system is accurate, when it clearly is not.
