How long has his business been established?

Maybe laziness is a poor choice of words, the industry is more of a marketing game than a true service business.

Would love to get better rates but at least this bank got me in the game. 11 properties and will retire 5 yrs before my goal. :) 

@Andrew Johnson the subhect you broght up is very interesting, I am guessing that this firm wants to establish long term relationship with investors.

Worry about this process a little later in the game.

Drywall, paint, tiling, trim, and that's about all I want to handle haha.I need to establish a good set of contractors, I so far only have "family & friends," not bonded, so a potential liability...
