Why not just keep the worlds best currency i.e Bay Area Real estate intact, defer your plans to retire and focus your future income on investment in the location of your choice.

However, there are unique penthouses, gardens, and villas with distinctive designs that are generating double-digit returns.

However, when the "correction" comes, and it will because it always does and we are close to the end of our UP CYCLE, property values could (and probably will) drop double digit percentages.
