I’ve given food to hungry people, I’ve given the shirt off my back to an old naked woman, I've bought shoes for kids, built a school for aboriginal tribal families in the mountains, and handed out toothbrushes.  

Now if I met a woman who was at my level career and net worth wise, sure.

I don't play with hard money, blanket, cute, commercial or car loans, so I'm enjoying this time with my family.

Celebrated 20 years of marriage to the same woman.

I finally had to evict them and the poor woman came to court on December 20th, 5 days before Christmas.

Great beer, tons of awesome restaurants and bars, multiple cute little shops/bars/restaurant areas tucked into neighborhoods, parks, mountains, legal weed, 300 days of sunshine.

The housing market was hit with 2 curveballs,   1 high interest rates around 10% and woman's earning now had to be considered by banks when applying for a mortgage.   

Your cute little story has nothing to do with this situation.

Mine doesn't have that rate yet, and will be used by my parents during the entire high season, so.........I just bought a cottage that i am renting out strictly to make money, and am doing the reservations and management long distance myself, and paying 15% to a local woman who will deal with the 11pm phone calls etc. plus she does the cleaning, which the clients pay separately and I take a slight cut off that.
