not sure what you think significant cost are .. but thinking bare lots up in Canton cant be worth all that much.. so I suspect closing cost with title insurance 1k or less..

But they’ve asked to come up with a solution since the loan isn’t technically assumable - something equivalent to acquiring the LLC that holds the property. 

Took one booking, the tenants broke contract by bringing a pet (dog hair and a bone were left behind), and Landing was not exactly pleasant to deal with in recouping security for extra cleaning and damages (dog used the ceiling fan remote as a chew toy). 

If you occupy the property as your primary residence, you can  potentally do a HELOC or fixed second mortgage up to 90% CLTV.

I am looking to begin my family’s real estate investing journey in the next 1-2 years as we save up for the purchase.

I also heard that sometimes the water backs up in the kitchen from the previous basement tenant.
