Look for integrity, character, and a standard that's required of all members in terms of how you do business and treat one-another.  

Let's keep it civil and stay out of theatrics and any future character assassinations that are easy to get into when things get heated.So far it seems everyone is discussing with a level head for now.I do agree based on what I am hearing Chicago is a pro-tenant state.
