Be sure to check out the blog section too and don't forget set up some keyword alerts so that you can be alerted anytime a discussion topic of interests come up  - like something local to your area - or perhaps if you want to learn about fix and flips - set up a keyword to alert you whenever its being discussed. 

I agree with @Jennifer Riccardi inventory is low, and expensive in Seacoast NH/Southern Maine, but there are still some deals to be found in the outskirts or up and coming towns.Bigger Pockets is a great resource, so keep listening to podcasts and reading the forums/blogs! 

They, along with many others, have written several articles on the topic. 

Go to your REI groups and spend a lot of time on biggerpockets reading articles and the forums. 

You all have webinars, podcast, forums, blog post, etc and not to mention just asking any questions and you're sure to get some replies.

After about 6 weeks of consistently reading UBG, BP blog posts and listening to the BP podcast (currently in the middle of 7 Years to 7 Figure Wealth) - I realized it was about time that I introduce myself!

Make sure to listen to all the BP podcasts, read the articles on the main blog and be active in these forums to learn a ton very quickly about any topic in real estate you want to know more about.This is also a great place to meet people that can be assets to your business.

unfortunately, i never explored the RE market in AZ. a few tips that has helped me here on BP, read the forums, blogs, set up alerts, listen to the podcast as well.
