Based on what a nearby friend is getting for a studio AirBnB, we could pull in $1000/mo for that smaller unit; at least $1000/mo for the long term 2/2 rental; and maybe $200/mo for the 2 car garage shop.

Our ideal would be a turn key property on >3 acres that we could immediately start renting out and is within 45 minutes to a ski slope but what we think is likely is purchasing a studio or small condo that is slope side that we could then leverage after a few years of paying down the mortgage for a larger more ideal property.

Its an older home, but seems to be in good condition.I agree with the multiple offer strategyI know Jim Johnson recommends offering what the market will allow you to sell on payments.Local apartments range from 850-995 for a studio,1000-1200 for a 1 bedroom, 1250-1400 for a 2 bedroom and 1400-1800 for a 3 bedroom.I think a can be very competitive if I can sell the home on payments of $375.
