What contingencies exist in case you for some reason cannot finish the project? 

Interior finish will have 1 office and 2 bathrooms for my business encompassing 16k sq ft.  

And I have been working with most of my contractors for many years, we always buy the same type house and use the similar finishes.

We finished the basement, which can be used as a flex space or a bedroom with it's own bathroom, which is how most renters use it.

Customer isnt happy , the extra costs to do the footer was an additional charge ( as per contract ) And the finish date extended ( as per contract ) .
