Some of the issues presented in biggerpocet regarding contractor's (delay work, incomplete task, not been way off schedule, etc.) are some of my concerns. first, I was going to do is get a real estate attorney however, with a detail contract I am sure some GC (general contractors) will not want to get involve.

Reason Im considering selling at the end of the lease (March '19): I'm concerned that in another year, higher rates will make it harder to sell a property this expensive and another inevitable bump in terrible Texas property taxes will push the needed rent to a place that isn't feasible.I'm not familiar with a Mortgage Wrap, ill have to look into that.Kraig

I'm not concerned about the 90 day holding period as I am more interested in rehabbing and renting.This particular property was just listed, but we'll see if they are willing to play ball.
