We are seeking advice on how we should handle this situation.More details: The rental was not listed until several days prior to closing as our agent indicated that he didn’t want it to span too long, and it was not convenient to show the property as he had to call/text the seller each time.

Everything is finally in order and now I want to run at least 1 campaign before the big day to get the ball rolling again and possibly knock down a couple nice deals to help foot the budget :-)Anyways to the topic at hand...We have always used Yellow Letters . com to handle our marketing and so far the response has been about 2-3% - majority seem to be "tire kickers," so we are considering a little different approach.  

The main reason why is I would wear out 1 agent .

We are exploring a construction Loan and home equity line of credit.

We are planning on refinancing and paying off the loan and pulling out additional equity once completed. 

I am still a little on the fence morally about going into the markets devastated by the Hurricanes (Houston, Tampa, Naples, Jacksonville, Corpus Christi, Galveston), BUT I was somewhat convinced by a fellow wholesaler that we are doing many of those people a service. 

We are paying a reduced  fee of 4% to my realtor in Miami, as the buyer didn't came through another realtor.

Stefano, Most agents would be happy to help you set up a search as anyways in most cases we are used to getting into longer term relationships and a 2-3month wait period is not really an issue, a lot of agents will want to know if you have been pre-qualified as that will usually help them understand how really ready you are (regardless that you will not be looking to close on anything for a few months).

We are also a SDIRA custodian.

Is there a need to ask my survey company to create individual surveys for each lots we are looking to sell or one survey for all of it will suffice?
