I spend much of my day reading & talking with people about the current RE market conditions, and for now, Houston and much of Texas has faired well, so we are using caution when showing homes, and using technology to streamline much of the transactions.

Don't get me wrong, I actually really like solar in general... but I just think people often under estimate the cost of putting this 180 year old technology to work or over estimate the capability of the system.

I’m not sure what expenses you have factored into the NOI equation but that plays a major part in the equation also.Honestly, a property of that size can be supplemented through the use of technology.

Hi there.There are many services you can outsource today with management companies.I know some that can do 95% of your management work with half the price.Today technology allows great variety of management services and some PM allready sell a proffessional call center as well scheduling and alerts on every aspect needed.Good luck.D.

I, too, used to be against cordless tools, but think that the battery technology has come so far that cordless are the way to go (especially if you don’t have electricity near).
