I am attempting to put down less than the typical 20% for an investor loan. 

One thing I haven't done that I really need to do is put together a business plan, even a rough draft would be good to keep things in perspective and measure progress against.Hope everyone has a wonderful rest of the week!

@Corey DuranI have a few customers with 15-20 rentals who will put 3 properties per LLC.

But I'm frustrated and just put it on the market for rent.

I would be more concerned with where the title to mobile home was - was it retire and put on the property or is it still personal propertyThere is nothing you can do to make it compliant, if the loan has been current for 12 months then you have ability to repay because they have consistent pay history

The 5th pic is of your hot tub, but Airbnb puts a "Show All Photos" button across it on my laptop, so it's not very visible.

I recommend putting some time and funds aside to make a trip to DC and network at an REI meetup.

There are definitely some affordability challenges that's putting downward pressure on prices in many markets.
