I was in a house yesterday that had a Stephen King "It" mask lying empty in a creepy basement.expensive - thousands of dolllars worth of tools from an estate sale where the heirs just got tired of cleaning through the piles. 

Might sound like I'm looking at it strictly from the contractor view, but in my line of work the investor is king.
