My objective is to generate a return of 15% on the money I have invested in REI.

The property was built in 1910 and the last occupant was fourth generation of the same family that constructed it originally! 

I have an advertising budget of about $1000 per month, website budget (IDX site) of about $750 with a CRM and Lead Generation built in.

My international RE experience is limited to South America, and it looks like I will need to build a forecast model from scratch to properly value the deal as the property and business are generational family-owned and the financials are not exactly GAAP compliant.   

I work for Opendoor(largest nationwide Ibuyer) and we are looking at generating an investor lead email in the Atlanta area.Two questions1.

Focus on generating short term income.

Long term goal is to get a bunch of income generating properties and build an empire :)Some more background if anybody is actually still reading…..I have an amazing union job that I love and don’t plan on leaving.

Leverage and appreciation can be incredible wealth generators.
