If you are looking for something more simple, I have previously used grasshopper.com for a cloud based pbx which has voice based IVR menus that you can customize and assign extensions that can be sent to different phone numbers, cell phone numbers or to voicemail boxes.

Is it better to just use your standard cell phone? 

I can't decide whether you sound excited or desperate but whichever it is, it doesn't sound like you have quite enough knowledge to proceed so don't jump into anything too fast.  

You can rollover your funds to a Solo 401k, which has a loan provision, but the loan is limited to $50K or 50% of the balance, whichever is less. 

Your lucky to have trusted family,,  .. that and emergency contact list.. and you with a cell phone.. all is taken care of.  

Leave that list and a cell phone with a relative or friend who you trust to watch over things while your away.

Which ever way I choose I am looking for financial backing to accomplish this goal.

Mostly, my office is my Ipad and cell phone in the filed wherever I am that day, thus, a mobile office.I have yet to need a physical and seperate from home office.

When I finally got them to answer the door, the wife claimed that the one cell phone she had was a "burner" and her brother or uncle or whoever the random people that they board in there.

If you truly think they apply you wait until the case is over and file a grievance with the state bar, or court whichever it is for your state.
