Looking for the general differences, but one specific question as well, would the 5% work for a 5 unit or also only for 1-4 unit?

Well, to Shiloh and Bob's points, sports can be baseball, basketball, tennis, weightlifting, running...  

Taking it a step further, do they not do your book keeping as well so they can just do this for you?
