Now the traffic there is as bad as Atlanta rush hour.I have not invested there for a few years, and that was personal residences that I bought with a dual purpose.

Home Depot has agreed to give me good discount on Traffic Master Allure flooring, so price won't be big difference.

We got stuck in horrible traffic near Dupont this evening... :) I'm a bit south of you, specializing in low income buy and hold.

Most quality tenants and traffic still going through the MLS from my experience.
