Maybe your definition of "work for myself" includes jack-of-all-trades, handyman, property manager, etc. 

Just saying, it would be like selling a deal and not using the MLS and if it’s my apartment put it on loopnet and offer it out to your favorite buyers.I just saw a deal that had been on loopnet for a million in Rochester For a year traded last week at 75% list.  

If you're not willing to trade on reliability, then you're left with a dial between price and speed that you can turn either way. 

@David Avetisyan That doesn't sound very "fair" however interesting wording as rent control is a form of "fair" trade instead of "free" trade in a sense. 

I also actively trade stocks and crypto a few times a week.
