It's not a do-it-yourself project, that's for sure.

He's asking a higher price for the property than it's worth, has rental projections that are over the market, and the house has mold which could be costly to deal with. 

It feels so useless, especially as I’m now running two house projects, a flip and a rental.

Also why Bergen County has WAY less development projects going on than in Hudson County?   

We are looking to potentially start using this for analyzing commercial properties and projecting cash flow.

Another note, if the issue is as bad as you make it sound, after a couple of heavy treatments you will have a small cleaning project to complete the removal of the dead guys!
