I have bought a property that was in a blanket loan type structure, closing was delayed because the lender and seller couldn't agree on how much should be given to the seller in cash and how much should go to pay down the note.I have since drifted away from looking at the blanket loans to the cross-collateralized options and heloc's.  

I have never done that before so looking for advice on how to approach and structure similar deals.
